The Weekend
Three Days in the White Mountains
Business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders spent three days in the White Mountains of Arizona. Three speakers. No stages, no microphones, and no agenda to sit through. Mornings were slow, afternoons were spent outside, and the conversations that mattered happened at the table and around the fire. Everyone left with something specific they were going to go do.

Who Spoke

Custom Home Builder
Nate Gossage

Nate believes that building goes far beyond structures. It's about stewardship, integrity, and serving people well. His approach is rooted in strong values, intentional relationships, and doing things the right way, even when it's not the easiest path.
Through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, Nate has learned what it means to stay grounded in faith while pursuing growth, and to trust the process even when the outcome isn't clear.
