Who Spoke

Founder, Author & Speaker
Cameron Bawden
Hype Pharm→Cameron Bawden is a founder, author, and speaker who built a family of home service companies starting with Green Mango Pest Control in 2010, which he sold in 2024. His book Home Service Empire is a #1 Amazon bestseller on how he built, scaled, and sold a portfolio worth over $100 million.
He now leads Hype Pharm, the 1% Club, and One Percent Holdco, a performance community and holding company built for entrepreneurs who refuse average.
At The Table, Cameron brings hard numbers, real frameworks, and an honest look at what it costs to scale without losing your culture.

CEO & Chief Investment Officer
Kyle Brown
Trinity Capital→Kyle Brown is the CEO, President, and Chief Investment Officer of Trinity Capital (Nasdaq: TRIN), where he directs the firm's lending policies and investment strategy. He joined Trinity in 2015 and became CEO in January 2024.
Before Trinity he founded Sharp Equity and led Brown Equity, real estate financing companies that deployed over $250 million in capital. He has also held partner and executive roles at Point Financial Capital Partners, InvestLinc Financial Services, and Cornerstone Equity Partners. He is a Baton Rouge native, a lifelong LSU fan, and a father of five.
At The Table, Kyle brings the capital side of the table: what he looks for when he backs a company, and what separates the businesses that get funded from the ones that do not.

Founder & CEO
Jason Richardson
Bad Birdie→Jason Richardson is the founder and CEO of Bad Birdie, the golf apparel brand he launched from his apartment in 2017 because he felt golf was boring. The brand is now carried in country clubs and pro shops nationwide and sponsors PGA Tour players.
Bad Birdie was built on the belief that you can honor the game and still show up as yourself. Jason has scaled it from a solo operation into a national brand, a shift that required him to move from hands-on founder to leader of a team.
At The Table, Jason brings the perspective of a founder who built a brand in a category that resisted change, and who had to outgrow his own role to keep it moving.

Founder & Franchise Owner
Caleb Berkey
Dreamcoat→Caleb Berkey owns 21 Dutch Bros locations across the Phoenix metro. He opened his first shop in Peoria in 2017 and built out the West Valley from there.
Most of his time now goes to Dreamcoat, the Phoenix nonprofit he founded, which runs weekend Encounter events and ongoing discipleship for young adult Christians. The name comes from Joseph, who was given a coat and then given a dream, in that order.
At The Table, Caleb brings the question most owners run into eventually: what the business is actually for. He built one, then found the work he wanted it to make room for.
